Diana founded Launch in 2016 to help businesses of any size compete with major brands online. As an entrepreneur, she loves helping other businesses succeed.

She’s most proud of Launch’s reputation and of our long-lasting client relationships. She’s a member of the Neponset River Regional Chamber’s Communications and also Young Professionals Committee.

Normally a resident of Milton, MA, Diana can also be found working remotely in Spain for part of the year.

An experienced writer, editor and photographer, Krista brings years of experience to Launch, having previously created content for hundreds of small businesses nationwide and large Fortune 1000 companies.

Krista oversees all of our clients’ published content and strategy — working closely with both our team and clients to deliver top-performing posts!

Krista enjoys traveling and photography - and lives in Delaware with her pup, Hugo.

Bianca helps bring the Launch vision to life. Bianca loved arts and design growing up — so much so that she decided to pursue it as a career.

She graduated from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts.

She enjoys the challenge of creating a design that is both effective and visually pleasing. In her down time, she enjoys traveling, exploring and playing with her dogs!

Leilah manages Launch’s workflow by keeping hundreds of social posts published on time and error-free. She also works to ensure clients’ audiences are growing and clients are meeting approval deadlines.

Leilah enjoys traveling, art, photography and spending time in nature.

Lyra is the heart and soul behind our community responses. Hailing from the vibrant city of Cebu, she finds joy in spending time with her family and going on adventures together!

She's the creative mind responsible for shaping our client's voice in comment and message responses, making those online connections genuine and leaving a positive brand impression. Your brand's voice will always be as warm and authentic as it gets.

Andrea brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a content creator, with a focus on healthcare clients including urgent care centers, pediatric dental, and primary care offices.

Her background as a pharmacist at one of the nation’s top hospitals provides her with a unique understanding of the medical field, which she translates into clear and effective communication for her clients.

Andrea holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. A Massachusetts native, she enjoys life with her three kids, balancing her passion for writing with her deep roots in healthcare.
